How do I make a return?

Returns shouldn't be a hassle, and we care about our customers and their experience with us. We easily accept returns within 15 days of delivery for a full refund (minus any related shipping charges) unless the item is specifically marked as final sale. Up to 30 days for store credit. THe returned item must be unopened and in the same condition received. 

Please note, if you purchased a bundled set, the entire collection must be returned to receive a refund.

Unfortunately, we do not accept or do exchanges at this time.

Papillon Pur does not cover the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or you were sent an incorrect item. 

If you purchased from papillonpur.com Corporate, please mail your item back to the address below. Be certain to include your original packing slip (or a handwritten note is fine) detailing the reason for return. If your return is missing this information, it could delay processing of your return. Once the item is received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
